Orders placed over the internet or through our 888 operators usually ship within 24-48 hours. Most of our orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Please allow for weekend delays as business days only are calculated in this calculation. (This could delay the arrival of your package by up to two days.)

If you have received a partial shipment
Your order may sometimes ship from multiple warehouses using different services. Therefore, it may take a few days for the complete order to be delivered.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, simply log into your e-account by clicking here. Once logged in you will see a check order status button. Click the button and follow the instructions. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order.

If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card account
Every time you attempt to place an order on the internet an authorization is made for that amount on your credit card. The authorization will turn into a charge when your order is processed and you will then be issued an order number. If the order, for some reason, did not go through, the authorization will clear off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy.

If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order
With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. If you have any questions about our shipping procedures
FedEx and UPS are TheNerds.net carriers of choice. Orders placed before 4:00pm EST will usually ship that day pending proper authorization. Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. TheNerds.net only ship and deliver on weekdays. Saturday delivery is only available via phone orders placed on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday for standard overnight before 4:00PM EST will usually arrive on Monday.

If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Costs
To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart and the shipping total will automatically be calculated. Please be advised that we ship via FedEx and UPS. TheNerds.net have chosen FedEx and UPS because we have found that the service and reliability is worth the difference in price. If the website is calculating an unusually high shipping rate in comparison to the amount or type of items that you are ordering, you can call us directly at 888-566-NERD.

Is my order subject to state sales tax?
TheNerds.net shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. Resellers in Florida may download the reseller certificate file, fill it out and fax it to our fax number 305-932-2797 in order to get the sales tax exemption. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state. Please contact the sales tax office in your state for sales or use tax that you may or may not be required to submit.

Can my order be rushed?
TheNerds.net will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:

- Order is submitted before 4:00 EST.
- Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 4:00PM EST.
- Your shipping address matches your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship to address.)

I get a "Page Connot Be Displayed Error" whenever I try to login
This error is a client side Internet Explorer error. The follwoing steps should solve this problem.

- Click the Tools menu option in Internet Explorer, and then select Internet Options
- Next click the Advanced tab and navigate to the Browsing sections
- Uncheck the Show friendly HTTP error messages option and click Ok

You should now be able to proceed through your login and checkout process.
