Summary: We received this copier as a freebie with our large Xerox copier/scanner. Well, as they say, you get what you pay for!! This is a complete piece of junk!! I (and the rest of my side of the office that uses it) would like to toss it off our balcony. It jams often and in a spot that is almost inaccessable. You have to extract the scrunched up paper with a bent paper clip or the teeth of a comb and hope it doesnt rip leaving a pice of paper completely inaccessable without taking it apart. It is constantly in sleep mode (cant turn it off). Im sick of seeing \"Warming up, please wait\"!! Dont get this machine... even if its free. Xerox didnt give this away for no reason!!
