Intuitive Toolbar: Allows you to easily create barcodes in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access documents. Mail Merge: In mail merge documents, add barcodes that dynamically update. Mail merge is available in Word XP, Word 2003 or Word 2007. Automated Check Digit Calculation: You do not need to know which barcodes support check digit and which ones do not. BarcodeFactory only makes check digit features available if your barcode supports check digit. And with BarcodeFactory, you decide whether or not to use check digit calculation with the barcodes that support it. Just click the Use Check Digit button. BarcodeFactory performs the calculation automatically! Display Check Digit: It is easy to display check digit in the barcode caption. Simply click the Show Check Digit button. The button will only be available to you if check digit is supported by your barcode, removing the need to know whether the barcode supports check digit. Barcode Symbology Reference Guide: Detailed specifications for each barcode symbology are accessible in the main window of BarcodeFactory and by clicking the Help topic on the Toolbar. Barcode Size: Size the barcode by changing height and width. Background and Foreground Colors: Choose from a wide-ranging palette of colors for the barcode and the background. Move Barcodes: BarcodeFactory allows you to copy and paste and drag and drop barcodes from one location to another on a page. Special and Nonprintable Characters: Add Special and Nonprintable Characters to the barcode value by simply clicking a button and selecting an ASCII Character from the list. BarcodeFactory User Help Documentation: BarcodeFactory User Help Documentation was written to help users who have no prior experience creating or using barcodes. It is readily available any time you are using the program by clicking Help, and the PDF can easily be printed.
