Designed for VAIO Notebooks, providing the same benefits as the Onsite Extended Service as well as coverage against accidental damage from handling (spills, drops, falls, broken screens, etc.) Onsite service will be provided by Banctec, an Authorized Sony Service Provider. Depending on parts availability, customers may allow up to 72 hours for onsite services. Extended Service may be sold on any eligible VAIO product with at least 30 days remaining on the original Sony warranty.
