SIIG SATA II-150 PCI RAID Controller

SIIG's SATA II-150 PCI RAID controller card is designed to add two internal ultra high-speed SATA Generation II channels to support two additional SATA hard disk drives with capacities larger than 137 GB. It delivers data transfer rates of up to 1.5Gb/s, supports RAID 0 (stripe) for performance and RAID 1 (mirror) for data reliability with SATA hard disk hot-plugging. It features two independent 256-byte FIFOs channels for host reads and writes, onboard bus master engine to relieve system processor from book keeping and to enhance system performance, and supports Native Command Queuing (NCQ) and SATA TCQ commands. The 2-channel SATA II-150 PCI RAID controller card is fully compliant with industry standards, including PCI Specification, Revision 2.3 and Serial ATA 1.0 Specifications. It is also FCC Class B (DoC) & CE regulatory approved and RoHS-compliant. It is fully compatible with a wide variety of Windows operating systems and is backed by SIIG's limited lifetime warranty.
