Strengths: Network was easy to set up. Scan to network and to email work flawlessly. The print quality is very good. Optional 2nd paper tray for expansion.
Summary: Overall it does what it claims to do AND Vista compatible.
Works well with Ethernet and USB. Black and white printing warm-up is fast. Color is a little slow but comparable to others in its class.
Best part is it's quieter than HP counterparts

Summary: Wow! First of all, I couldn't believe that I found an all-in-one color laser printer that includes fax for under $500! That was great! It even works good! The print quality is excellent. It's a little slow, but it's worth the wait. It's fairly compact for what it does, which is also nice. It was disappointing that it came with small toner cartridges, but for the price, it was not bad. I would definitely recommend this product.

Strengths: 1. Inexpensive color laser, all-in-one. 2. Vista-capable. 3. Setup is easy. 4. Network capable.
Summary: Overall this is a very nice printer, and an excellent value. Printer, scanner, copier, and FAX all work on my Vista system, without issue. I have no significant issue or problems. Note, however: (a) Unit can have a strong burning plastic smell; my unit seems fine, but one in the store had a strong odor after printing, apparently from the temperatures used on the small toner drums. Doesn't pose a problem for me, but issue should be fixed; (b) Documentation is lacking; I had to download 3 software components from the website: scan driver, print drive, and Samsung SmartThru application. This wasn't documented, but it should be. Gave this 4 stars, but an excellent all-in-one, especially for the money.
