Summary: My company purchased this to replace a 7 year old Minolta 2200 Magicolor which is still working. The 610nd is not as color accurate as the Minolta, but excels in every other area except paper handling. We print our own 2 sided color brochures and so far every thing is OK. The only problem we had was that we sent the first printer back because black text was a shade of gray. Samsung tech support recommended we return and get another unit. This solved the problem. I cannot comment as to long term reliability but my 50\" Samsung plasma is phenomenal.
