Summary: I have the RAZER Barracuda headset connected to my Audigy Z2 Gamer sound card and it is AWESOME. My old USB headset died, so I was looking for something new and improved, and boy did I find it! The sound quality and depth is outstanding. Hear things you never thought were possible with a computer headset and the 5.1 surround sound will amaze you!

Besides music, this headset works great with my favorite game Battlefield 2. So gamers this headset is definitely for you too. Hear artillery crashing into the ground, hear faint footsteps, and distant jet skis. The Barracuda really immerses you into the game like never before.

The only complaint I have for this headset is the microphone. It is a bit cheap and it awkwardly plugs into the bottom of the left ear piece. The mic also only hits me at mid jaw and I have to speak loudly for it to pick up my voice. I would have rather it had a swivel mic like on the Platronics DSP 500 that comes down in front of your mouth and then swings up out of the way when not in use. This would also increase the amount of sound directed at the mic and increase the microphone volume in game.

Overall I would still rate this as the best headset I have ever heard!!! I would definitely recommend the Barracuda to others, and would purchase it again.

Summary: I would def. buy another set of these, and have no problem recommending them to everyone, whether you watch movies, listen to music, or game. they are good all around
