Summary: This handset lifter completes a very nice package to use my phone more efficiently. I can answer calls anywhere in the office at the press of a button on my Plantronics CS50 headset. I can continue conversations while I walk to the fax machine in the next room or pace about the building. I can end those conversations with a push of a button again. This dramatically improves the effectiveness of my headset.

Summary: I love this product. The ability to roam without losing clarity is great. I've never had anyone tell me they can't hear me. Occasionally the lifter does not respond immediately, but overall the product is well worth the money.

Summary: It works so well on my 2-line Siemens (2420) desk phone that it's hard to call it an add-on. My only negative comment would be that it must be purchased separately when upgrading to the desktop system using the Voyager 510. This is truly \"trick\".
