The Pocket GPS Navigator is the perfect navigation solution for Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs. With Ostia Navigation Software installed on your Pocket PC, locating your current position, or finding a destination or point of interest (POI) is fast and simple. Once you're in your vehicle, simply activate the navigation program and begin traveling; the automated voice-prompts will instruct you when and where to turn. Strengths: This GPS is good.It has voice notice which can let me konw when I should make a turn. And the zoom function is also convenient. It will help me drive in an unkown place.
Summary: This Gps should have more functions. It should mark the restaurants beside the street. Only 10 maps can be opened.
If you want to go to a very far place. It can't calculate the route, because the number of maps needed may be over 10.
Anyway, this GPS is good and worth to buy. The receiver is sensitive and software is good enough to guide you in any place.

Strengths: easy to install, works good
Summary: this pocket GPS works good with my Axim X3. had a little trouble installing the maps (software), but their technical support walked me through the process. they were great. only need more memory in my Axim so I can have all the USA maps handy should I need it.

Strengths: No worries about battery life due to the unique power cord. Seems to be accurate in finding destinations using the best routes.Registering the product allows you to download everchanging map upgrades.
Summary: Been using the Pharos for little over 3 weeks. I began by routing locally on roads I'm familiar with to see if the results were acceptable and it seems to choose the best routes. I live in a rural area so have yet to see if it sends me down one way streets the wrong way. I'm feeling comfortable w/product & planning trip to city to see how it performs there. So far so fine; I think I made a good investment that will help me feel more secure when driving in unfamiliar territories. Hopefully this will prevent encounters w/impatient city people who blow their horns at me when I'm in the wrong lane and need to get over but no one will let me in !-)
