Summary: It is very easy to toggle between voice and speaker. You can put your favourite digital pictures on the phone, that's cool. The handset as a whole looks fancy!

Summary: Terrific quality. Other brands have a cheap, plastic feel to them, but not this Panasonic. The KX-TGA552M model works great as an expandable unit for the KX-TG5566M base unit that I purchased. The customizable features are outstanding and the sound clarity and speaker voice are excellent. The software with USB connection works very intuitively, but lacks copy/paste ability with pictures and .wav files (works fine with Outlook address book). I would highly recommend this product.
