Strengths: - very good sound quality for user- does not pickup background noise like speaker phones- convenient to talk on the phone and work on computer- very good sound quality for other party- volume
Summary: - there should be a sponge on non-speaker side - the head band should have the flexibility for different people - the overall product feels a little cheap - it does very well what it is supposed to do!!

Strengths: Excellent sound quality; volume control and mute button
Summary: As a professional who works at home three days per week, I conduct many conference calls and have tried three other hands-free phone devices. This Panasonic is the best by far, mainly because other callers can clearly hear my voice via the microphone wand. I also appreciate the convenience of the volume control and mute button.

Strengths: Loud & Clear!! You have the option of either hanging the earpiece over the back of your ear or you can connect it to the headband. You can control the volume and even mute the mic from the remote.
Summary: This is my second Panasonic headset and I've been pleased with both of them. My first one gave out after about five years, the headband snapped in half. I'm always using my headset when I'm on the phone with customer support. Its great for those times when you've been put on hold for like 30 mins and don't have the phone stuck to the side of your head with, with a neck cramp. I'd recommend this headset to anyone who spends alot of time on the phone and/or someone who needs hands free access.
