Summary: My old headset was an inconvience due to lack of folding feature. Also, the ear piece was a sort loose attachment to the headband. This design is superior in that it folds and has a more secure attached ear piece. The Panasonic brand always seems a little better.

Summary: Bought this because I attend a lot of conference calls. The headset is very light and comfortable to wear all day long. Voice clarity is very good with no static or hissing. The problems - the volume control doesn't seem to control the volume much with a very narrow operating range; secondly, the mute is not a clickable switch, it must be kept pressed to be effective.

Summary: Needed a headset compatable with my Panasonic 5.8 Ghz cordless system. This headset filled the bill. Quality is amazing considering the reasonable price. This product is light weight and comfortable to wear and use. Nice product.
