Summary: I am a color pencil artist who WAS using another brand which did not sharpen the pencils as sharp as this one. Which was causing me not to get the results my teacher was expecting because the lead was to thick. May art improved 100% because of the point that this sharpner gave me. even my kids noticed the differnce.

Summary: Recently purchased this pencil sharpener. I was a little apprehensive about how well it would work given it's battery operated. But given the high number of positive reviews I'd seen, I went ahead and got it. And I must admit, it works great! I was suprised at how much power it has. I also like the sleek design and it's size. It's a great product!
