Summary: This case is a cheap piece of junk. After only two months the latch broke. This case latches shut via a very small piece of molded plastic (less than 1/16\"). It's amazing that it lasted this long. Palm packages this case in a plastic clamshell that does not allow one to examine the inside of the case until one buys it (hmmm). By then it's too late. Save yourself the disappointment and buy a leather case with a positive metal latch.

Oh yeah, the fancy brushed metal case also scratches very easily. After two months it will look like you used it for a hockey puck.

Summary: i got this case because its made by palm and i don't like buying third party accessories. As expected, the case fits perfectly and the closure mechanism is nice once you get used to snapping it open and closed. I never dropped it so i dont kno if it pops open when dropped but i feel its a good case for the price.

Summary: If you own a Palm Tungsten E you really don't have much choice. Either buy this case or your Palm will get dented and scratched and maybe broken. The Palm fits in snugly and there is room for two memory cards. The Palm will stay safe when knocking around in a briefcase or purse. The only downside is it takes a few tries to get the hang of opening the case. But once you figure it out, it's all good.
