Summary: I went to the doctor awhile ago and found out that my blood pressure was a little high. I was really motivated to get it down and did all of the right things, but had no way of knowing if it was working. I didn't want to go back into the doctor's office everytime I wanted to know what my blood pressure was, so I got this nifty little gadget. I love it! It's so easy to use. It doesn't take space up in my house, and it's really accurate. It's measured my blood pressure the same as the doctor does. I've also used it when I'm exercising to measure my pulse rate! It's a handy thing to have!
