Strengths: This unit is sturdy (all steel construction)!
Summary: This unit is attractive and sturdy. I am currently using it to support a Definitive Technology C/L/R 2002 that weighs in at a hefty 25 lbs. The shelf is rated at 30 lbs. and seems more than capable of supporting that amount. Other reviewers have stated that they found the instructions to be lacking - which I did not. However, depending on the design of your TV, you may have some difficulty leveling the unit. I monkeyed with it for about half an hour before ultimately deciding to shim the shelf with some foam feet. Though this was a slight hassle, the unit is the definitely best set-top model I've found (and trust me, I auditioned a few). OVERALL SCORES: 10/10 on construction quality; 8/10 included literature / instructions; 7/10 ease of assembly / configuration.

Strengths: Very light-weight and sturdy - mesh design helps to maintain the venting of air through components to avoid overheating.
Summary: This is an awesome item and very helpful with our quest to babyproof our home by allowing us to get the electronic equipment totally out of reach! It is also a great idea for people with space restrictions - we love having the equipment over the television so we don't need to bend over to put in the DVD's! :)

Strengths: Supports fairly well, looks decent
Summary: This mount get the job done. Put your center speaker up there and you're good to go. Typical China-made metalworks: looks decent and doesn't cost much.
Make sure to put some of the tape on the front two legs so you don't scratch your TV.
