Summary: Excellent add-on for my Olympus WS-311M recorder. The dynamic range and extra sensitivity gives much better recordings than the built-in mic.

Summary: I'm quite satisfied with my Olympus ME-15. It has good sound pickup, discrete size, no unnecessary on-off switch, and a very convenient 90-degree mini-plug. Only two minor shortcomings. One is the 3.3' cord length, a full 4' might be better, second, the tie-clip could be a mini-tie clip instead of the large one provided.

Summary: The microphone is so sensitive that it records other voices speaking softly several feet away. Does a good job of adjusting for close louder sounds and sounds that are softer and further away. Great value and a quality product from a quality company. Works great with my Olympus handheld digital recorder.
