Summary: I bought this for use with an Olympus E-Volt E-300. It works fine, but the response time could be better. I will probably pick up either the FL-36 or the FL-50 to improve this response time issue. If you think this will be an issue with your camera, consider the higher models before purchasing this one.

Summary: The FL-20 flash works great with my Olympus C-770, but is disappointingly slow to recharge. Most always takes 4-5 seconds using newly recharged NIMH rechargable AA batteries. Would still recommend if you need a flash distance further than the approximate 10 feet from the C-770's built-in flash and a speedy recharge is not a factor. This is a surprisingly small flash and doesn't weigh down the camera like a more typical sized flash would. When installed, it is offset from the lens and should help reduce red-eye. A soft case and wide-angle deflector attachment also come in the box.

Summary: This small flash works very well with the Olympus C770 camera and it doesn't weigh down the camera. When installed, it is offset from the center of the camera and does not feel heavy on the camera. It takes about 4-5 seconds to recharge even with new batteries and that was a little disappointing.
