Summary: I bought this unit based on other reviews that said it was compact, lightweight, etc. The reviews were right. And the battery life has been excellent. The only drawback I've found so far is that the earpiece does not fit in my ear very well and frequently pops out. I'm also using the hook that attaches to the headset, however, which keeps it in place even when that happens, so it hasn't been a big problem. It may actually be an advantage in that my ear doesn't get irritated by the earpiece; I haven't looked yet to see if I can get a better-fitting earpiece.

Summary: The ear bud is so big that it wouldn't fit in my ear canal. With the rather ineffective ear-loop, it hangs loose on my ear and often falls off as I move. If you must hold on to your headset to keep it falling off from your ears, it becomes self-defeating and you're perhaps better off with the money in your pocket than in Nokia's. But if your ear canal is big enough to support this gadget, you'd probably love the lightness and the clarity. Then again, you'd hate the absence of a call-switching feature. The headset's multifunction button, or any other button, is not programmed to switch between calls. So, if you are not near your phone when there's a call-waiting incoming call, you cannot pick the second call without dropping the first one.


It's a pity that such a smart looking and smart sounding device lacks this very fundamental feature.

Summary: Great piece to use in a quiet environment. Light weight and easy to carry. Excellent reception. Unit does not fit well in my ear. For the price it should work better when there is background noise.
