Summary: its a good program when it is working and also looks great. you must upgrade as soon as you get it and if you have a krzr like i do it crashes frequently. i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times to make it work. also with my phone when downloading pics or files it will disconnect in the middle of the transfer for no apparrent reason causing me to log off to start the process over again to finish what i was doing.

Summary: The product worked very well. Problems with cable connections and having to delete and reinstall to use because it does not recognize modem or cannot find phone. The transfers are quick and easy once you understand what you are doing. Have and would recommend it to others.

Summary: But it takes some time to get the installation right if your phone isn't listed on the program, and it is supposed to work with with the program. I Had to reinstall 3 times using different phone names listed because my razr v3m isn't on the list of phones. And if you don't have a name that is accepted the multimedia section of the program won't be available to use.
