Strengths: Small Size, Camera Protected when Traveling, Great Image, Integrated Microphone, Simple Installation & Setup
Summary: This is a great little webcam. I actually have purchased 4 of them, one for me when I travel, one for our home PC, one for my in-laws, and one for my parents. We use them so our 2 1/2 year old son can video chat with his grandparents and so that he and I can video chat when I am traveling for work. It works VERY well, even with the hotel high speed internet.
STRENGTHS: Very portable and the camera actually retracts into the housing for protection during travel. The images are great and it has an integrated microphone. The installation was as simple as it gets, and even had a link to install Windows Live Messenger which is a breeze to use.
WEAKNESSES: This is not designed to mount on a home PC monitor. BUT I have done so on two computers. My solution was to purchase a small piece of 1/2\" x 1/2\" lumber from Home Depot, cut off ap 2 1/2\" piece, color it black with a marker and double stick tape it to the top center of the LCD monitor. Now the WebCam's little clamp works great. The USB cable is a bit short so you may need a USB extension or hub depending on your setup. The other issue is a sound echo, but I suspect that this is not specifically the WebCam but rather the setup and/or positioning. I have not yet had time to work this out.
I highly recommend this WebCam. You will not be disappointed.

Strengths: Small size, high resolution, good audio quality
Summary: As I got an laptop upgrade to Dell 640m with Vista pre-installed, my Logitec QuickCam Notebook Pro does not work any more (no Vista driver!!). Have to shop around for a webcam with Vista support. This NX-6000 caught my sight in the store. It is from MS, so should not have any problem with the driver. It is designed for laptop which is what I am looking for. Installed, and everything went smoothly. The size is small, and can mount on the LCD perfectly. Everything (video, audio) works fine. I like it. The only problem is it is kind of pricey (I got it at $100). You can find some cheaper model from other brand name if you do not mind the size.

Strengths: 2.0 Mmegapixel resolution is the highest I have seen, and the picture and sound are both very clear over a cable connection.
Summary: I did have trouble with the installation CD. For some reason, my laptop could not read it. However, I used another computer on my network to transfer the files to my laptop. Once I solved that problem, the installation was simple. The most complicated part was upgrading my Windows Messenger to the newer Live Messenger version and remembering my login! I am very impressed with this device, which is very small, and comes with a carrying pouch. It is designed to clip onto a laptop screen, so if you are planning to attach it to a regular monitor, it may not fit. I taped a pen to the top of my monitor at work and clipped the cam onto the pen, which is working out fine.
