Summary: This is a great mouse for a laptop. It is lightweight and feels comfortable in the hand. It just works right after plugging into the computer's USB port without any complications, and you can add functionality to the extra buttons with Logitech software. The USB connector is small and the slot on the base of the mouse for the USB connection is handy and it automatically turns off the mouse, saving battery life. I would highly recommend this mouse.

Strengths: Good size, tracks very well, comfortable, on/off switch, small receiver, works from a good distance
Summary: I have owned other wireless notebook mice, and this one has been by far the best. Others only work in a 3' area around the receiver, this one goes at least 10+ feet. The USB ports on my laptop are on the other side of my mouse hand and it still works flawlessly. The tracking is great, works well on mouse pads and the desktop itself. It is a little larger that normal notebook mice, which is nice if you're going to be using it a lot. The on/off switch is a nice touch so you don't have to remove the receiver and replace it in the mouse every time you turn off the laptop. The receiver is very small and doesn't take up much space around a laptop. Other than not having the extra zoom and back buttons on the side, which I didn't really care about, it's a great mouse overall.

Strengths: Small, Good Ergonomics, Long Battery Life
Summary: I purchased this mouse to go with a new Dell notebook I recently purchased. The size of this mouse is perfect and I really like the small receiver that can be stored inside the body of the mouse and also turns off the battery. Speaking of batteries, most notebook mice use only one..this one uses 2 AAAs. It responds faster and tracks better than a Microsoft notebook mouse I had used in the past. I have plenty of Logitech products and find them all to be of high quality and durability.
