Strengths: Cool Mist, no filters and Microban Antimicrobial Protection.
Summary: There are quite a few qualities about this humidifier that we like -- it's a cool mist humidifier and it doesn't have a filter, so you don't have to worry about replacing the filters. It also has the Holmes Microban Antimicrobial Protection -- a definite plus if you're concerned about the spread of bacteria and other contaminants. We have a baby with eczema and it was just what we needed because warm mist humidifiers aggravate the baby's eczema condition. It's also easy to clean and affordable. We recommend it.

Strengths: quiet, slim profile, adjustable mist flow, no filter replacement
Summary: This is the first humidifier I have purchased, and I was drawn to this model because of its claim to being \"whisper-quiet\" in operation, as I am a light sleeper. Indeed it is very quiet, emitting just a slight low hum. I also like the neutral temperature of the mist (neither warm nor cool) and it sends out a nice steady stream. So far I have not experienced any pooling or condensation on the wall or floor. This slim unit has a small footprint, useful for smaller rooms or where space is at a premium. Refilling is easy, though when the reservoir is full it is a bit heavy and awkward to carry and place onto the base, but this is a minor caveat. I only run it at night so I can go one or two days before refilling is necessary. Overall, I am quite pleased with this unit and would recommend it.
