This Hamilton Beach Premiere Cookware Electric Skillet features a 12" X 16" nonstick inside and out die-cast aluminum pan for excellent cooking performance, durable die-cast handles and brushed Stainless Steel base. It is equipped with 1,500 Watts of power and the termperature is adjustable from warm to 400 degrees F. Warm setting is ideal for serving. Lid latches onto the pan for easy pouring and inverts inside the pan and latches securely for storage. Built-in spout makes it easy to save or discard drippings and broth.
