Strengths: Up to date and compatible with my GPS76csx
Summary: I used the old Roads & Recreation software, but it was getting too out of date. New version looks geat! I mostly use my Garmin 78 for marine use, but it comes in handy when trying to locate back roads and launching sights. Good luck I hope you like it as much as I do!

Strengths: being able to use Mapsource software on your PC and then download the needed maps to your Garmin GPS
Summary: You can get the City Navigator NT maps preloaded on a SD card for your Garmin GPS (e.g. nuvi), but getting the DVD (like this product) gives your much more flexibility. For one, you can view the maps and fuss over POI details easily on the PC. Second, though it takes time, you can easily then transfer just the needed maps to your GPS. The big minus is that there is the need to unlock maps through Garmin, and you have to lock the unlock(!) to your specific GPS (up to two separate units).
