Strengths:
Summary: We were using Sony tapes and continually got error after error. After talking to the Sony people, things didn't get any better. Finally, a vendor told us there was a known problem using Sony tapes in the Seagate Backup Drive we were using. They recommended the Fujifilm tapes and we haven't had a problem since!!!
