I was very impressed by your customer service. The filing cabinet I ordered was dented in shipping. While not a major issue in terms of functionality since the dent was on the back, nobody wants to pay full price for a unit that is in less than perfect condition. While other companies would have offered only two choices - 1) repacking, return shipping, re-ordering, and then receiving, unpacking and installing for a second time or 2) living with the dent -- you were willing to find a creative middle ground. By offering a discount in the amount of shipping the return and sending the new unit, you saved time and expense for both of us and offered an outcome that felt fair. This is the kind of customer service that brings people back. Keep up the good work.
