Summary: The picture and video quality has been great in this webcam. My first webcam, and creative has left me impressed. the included software - photo calendar lets user takes pictures and use them to print out calendar month pages. Another great tool is webcam center, which is the central place for webcam pictures, videos and motion-sensing work.

The motion-sensing is not that great, as does not actually \"Turn\" to follow the image. But, it does have software that can send email to the owner if it detects motion in front of it. It is neat indeed!

Overall, 4/5 and something you should definitely look at if you are in the market for a webcam!

Summary: contains built in microphone which gives great voice and picture quality at the same time. The installation is pretty simple, easy and straight forward. wide angle view, good picture quality, built in directional array microphone are strengths of this webcam.

Summary: Never have I seen such a disconnect between what is written on the flashy box and what the web cam inside delivers. Or rather: doesn't. The picture is fuzzy and there is no auto-focus nor even a focus ring. The picture seeems software interpolated as the screen is sharp for a brief moment after turn-on, then goes blotchy. The gamma and brightness controls barely do anything. The Microphone array produces noise. I recorded myself moving around, without talking. On replay there's not silence but significant crackle and popping on the soundtrack, I guess as the microphones are looking for something to track. Last, but not least, the box blatantly lies about still picture quality: one is promised up to 5 Mpixel stills, however the only resolution available for still photos through Creative's driver/software is 640x480. Spend your ~$100 elsewhere
