Strengths: Great fit, function, style, quality.
Summary: The 200DG bag has enough room for everything you need without being big and cumbersome. It will fit a body, a few lenses, a flash, extra battery(ies), a charger, memory cards, filters, etc. with room to spare. There are zippered pockets on both ends, another zippered pocket inside the top, and two more on the inside of the zippered front pocket! The 58mm UV haze filter included in the kit fits my Canon 75-300 lens, which is a great telephoto companion to Canon's 17-85 IS USM. You also can't go wrong with the included genuine Canon spare battery, either. Fantastic starter kit!

Strengths: Good size for general use with a body and several accessories. Multiple versitle pockets with inner zipper compartments. Moderate padding, appears to be durable material.
Summary: So far this is a great kit for the price considering it includes a genuine Canon battery and genuine Canon filter. Inside layout is completely adjustable with various Velcro attached dividers. Between the main compartment and the three external zipper compartments there's plenty of room for a single camera, gear and accessories, maybe two boddies if you squeeze. I wish the tripod holder straps were removable for when I don't need them. Otherwise they just dangle off the bottom edge of the bag. The main flap is held closed by Velcro along with straps. This leads to noise when you open the bag which is annoying at meetings and concerts. I prefer to go without Velcro. This bag does not have a quick-access flap for just the camera like some bags do, this may or may not be significant. The Canon name is prominant on the main flap and various places on the inside. Your choice if this is good or bad.
Overall it's a nice medium size bag for general day to day use, and I'm please with what I have for what I paid.
