Summary: I wanted to use this mp3 to fm transmitter to play my ipod songs in my car. Upon arrival i had to open the hard blister pack to take it out. It had a tiny tiny manual (i mean really tiny), a retractable stereo cable and the main unit mounted on a car power adapter. It hooked up to the power adapter using a USB interface (just for power i guess). The unit itself had USB female interface with the male part on the power adapter. If the power adapter had the female part then it could have been used to charge other USB interface based devices like ipod, blackberry, PDAs etc. This unit has a feature of turning off if no signal is present for 1 minute. Maybe the unit i recieved was faulty, but it kept turning off every minute even during playback. So i had to turn it on every one minute. I tried all channels, bumping up the volume on ipod etc. But nothing seemed to work. During the one minute that it played, the quality was very bad. More often than not, it had a very high pitch noise. And at other times the song was noisy. I tried scanning all the channels and it didn't work properly on any (in a parked car). With the power adapter, the unit looks bulky. Without it though, it could be operated on the battery.
I would suggest not buying it.

Summary: bad bad bad bad product --- just keeps shutting off after 1 minute....even with the song running ...very annoying ....just don't buy this product, went good for 1 week but now its showing up its true colour wont recommend any one to buy it.

Summary: It is an awasome product, it is multipurpose ican use in car as wellas home without any problem .tiny trasmitter gives an excellent output to my ccarsterio as well as my home audio system
