Strengths: 1) Fast2) Hot3) Easy to use4) Versatile
Summary: Strengths explained:
1) In 30 seconds or less, your coffee is ready. The only exception to this is when it doesn't have enough water in the reservoir to complete the cycle. Not a big deal, just add water and you're good to go. 2) The coffee is always hot...not warm, hot. 3) Put your pod it, hit the coffee button and you're good to go. 4) It accepts most any pod. Also, it comes with two pod holders. You can use one with coffee and the other with tea. Or just alternate between them when you're too lazy to wash them.
I personally haven't used the tea feature. I just set a regular teabag in my mug, insert empty pod holder, and hit coffee button and let the water steep for several minutes. Weaknesses explained:
1) It's loud. I've never owned a commercial grade coffee maker before, so maybe the noise isn't unusual for this type of device. 2) It's isn't perfectly accurate. It was off by 1.5 ounces even the first time I ran it (without a pod). The accuracy hasn't changed much. I've read that it's possible to recalibrate the machine, but I haven't tried it. I just set it to 10.5 if I want 9 ounces of coffee. 3) Not easy to see how much water is left, especially if you've got it in a corner, or nestled between other appliances.
I recommend this machine. After you've used it once, you'll never go back to a cheapo coffee machine.
