Summary: brother customer support is good...print quality is good and fast...very easy to install and light weight...worth for money..i think brother fax machine are good atleast for my personal work..

Summary: The machine works fine in the first month. After that, it has this or that problem.

First,it jammed paper.I hate this most, 1 out of 10 piceces of paper will be jammed.Of course i won't call to ask for technical support but i really got frustrated when each time i try to pull those paper out.

It costs much ink.I have few fax in and out. But less than 3 weeks, i got the warning of low ink. I personally think it is not user friendly and it does not give enough copies for an expensive cartridge.

Quality of copies and prints is so,If you need anything other than than a draft quality printout, this machine is not what you want.

Summary: Somehow I was thinking that with one phone line, I would be able to receive the fax into memory and print later. When you have one phone line along with an answering machine things get a little tricky with receiving faxes. Right now, I have it set on manual receive, which means I have to be home in order to switch it to print. Of course, if I were to hook my answering machine up to the fax, this would solve that issue, but not logistically feasible.
