Strengths: HQV ProcessingGreat Placement FlexibilityDecent PriceSuperb Value
Summary: This is a great budget projector that has some of the best video processing at any price point. It uses the Silicon Optix ReonVX video processor found in very expensive systems and it does a fantastic job of upscaling and de-interlacing Standard Definition (SD) sources. It's not necessary to have a costly upconversion DVD player as this projector does a better job at it. SD truly looks close to HD on this projector. The remote has plenty of buttons for important functions and has a great looking red backlight that can be activated by pushing a button. The lens shift and zoom functions give this unit the flexibility you need to place this just about anywhere in the room.
Noise levels from the fan are quite low and the light output is more than adequate to project over a 100\" screen size in a room that is dimly lit...ala Home Theater.
A great projector at a great price.
