Strengths: Good Throughput, Slick design, some hackability (ability to enable BusyBox sessions)
Summary: Good, but I would recommend opting for Pre-N instead. Lacks configurability, inferior range (to that of the Pre-N router and card), and slow web interface. Finally, the price, $150 is way too steep. After owning this router for ~3 weeks, I retyurned it and purchased the Belkin Pre-N pakcage- which included a Pre-N card AND router for only $100. In combination, they demonstrated a HUGE increase in range and reliability.

High points include a sleek design, promising throughput, WPA2 encryption support, and hackability (discovered a way to enable busy-box sessions through telnet).

Strengths: Works good when it works!
Summary: The router seemed to work rather well while it lasted and the web interface was better than my last D-Link router. However, I've had it only 2 months and it has now died. It will now connect only about 25 seconds at a time with a period of about 25 seconds without connection.

I rather like the product but the fact that it died after only 2 months is rather disconcerting and I'm unsure if I'll buy Belkin again. I bought the USB N1 adapter at the same time and it didn't work properly from the day I got it. Luckily, it was within the stores 30 return period.

Belkin appears to have some quality issues. Wait until they've been resolved.

Strengths: when it works it has great long range coverage
Summary: The router at first seemed great with my reagular G network adapter. Then when I went to intall the N1 notebook card it went down hill. The install never went through all of the stages that it said it would in there easy install. I finally had to configure it with windows zero configuration. It seemed to work great but then I noticed that about 2-3 times a day I have to restart the router or both my N1 notebook card and G network adapter show \"NO\" networks to connect to until I restart the router. Its fast when it works (but will never see 300mps) highest rate I've seen is 146mps. My main gripe is that the wireless network is always down, and when its down my wired connections are extremly slow. I then restart the router and the wired connections are fast again and the wireless networks then show up on my possible connection. There wireless utility is also a POS it only allows you to have one wireless device to monitor so if you go to a friends house and use there wireless G router you will have to switch back to windows for managing your connection. This should not have been released as a final N draft router.
