Summary: Purchased this camera right after it was released in the US. I found it was extremely easy to set up. Even the wireless setup wasn't difficult. The unit was delivered with some of the best documentation I've ever seen. Once I got the video and wireless configured, I tried enabling the one-way audio. I immediately noticed some sort of interference. After contacting the online helpdesk and trading emails for a month or two, it was discovered the wireless antenna was interfering with the internal microphone. I was informed of a fix available and instructed to send the unit to the repair center in Massachusetts. After waiting for three weeks, the camera was returned to me without having been repaired. I contacted the repair center and asked why the unit was not fixed. The technician told me he would look into the issue and get back to me in a day or so. He never did. I called again to inquire and received the same response. Once again I never heard from them. After six months, the problem still has not been resolved, and I doubt it ever will be. Bottom line...great product (with the exception of the audio interference) but terrible customer support.
