Strengths: Keynote
Summary: Keynote 3.0 was a really good piece of software, and it seems that Apple hasn’t fixed what wasn’t broken. Keynote hasn’t received much in the UI way of updates, but it is certainly faster. There are a few new things that make it a bit more powerful, but Apple hasn’t improved too much on what was already, in my opinion, the best presentation software out there.

Strengths: Keynote
Summary: Keynote has been improved and clearly in now the best presentation program on the market. The Keynote upgrade alone would be worth the cost of IWork.

Pages has also been improved. Numbers is surprisingly good for a 1.0 release; I am looking forward to the Numbers 3.0 when it promises to overtake Excel (but for now, not).

The family pack is a tremendous bargain.
