Strengths: Extremely quiet, easy to set up
Summary: This Back Up UPS is great. It has enough outlets for my PC and peripherals as well as an input and output line for my DSL. Many of the other reviews of different products talked of loud buzzing, so I steered away from those products. This makes no sound at all. I haven't had any brown or black outs, so I don't know how it will operate under those conditions, but I really don't anticipate any problems. I highly recommend it as well as Securemart.com which is where I made the purchase. They are prompt to ship & customer service is responsive and timely.

Strengths: Reliability from reputable UPS manufacturer. AVR. Style/shape.
Summary: I purchased this through Buy.com for $112. So far, it hasn't caused any problems with my new high-end computer system. It has 3 surge-only and 4 surge+UPS backup outlets. I'm not sure why, but the 3 surge-only outlets still provide continous power even when I turn off the unit. I like the shape of the unit, very stylish, however, I thought the color would match better with my computer case. It's more a charcoal black than gloss black. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) is a plus for infrequent voltage spikes in the incoming line.
