Summary: From day one the cover on the water bottle would leak.
I have big hands and am very strong and I had blisters on my fingers trying to tighten the cover so it wouldn't leak.
Recently I filled the water holder and was putting it back into the unit and the bottle slipped and hit the floor,was off floor about 2 inches, the whole bottle broke.
The inside assembly that holds the controls and electrical connectors fell apart. I had to re-glue them in place.

I'm sorry I ever bought this product and will never buy anything from Honeywell again.
Buyer beware, quality is poor.
